1. Introduction

• You must provide accurate personal details during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

jyp66 reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any stage. Accounts found in breach of these eligibility conditions will be suspended pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jyp66. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension along with forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential:

• Never share your username or password with any other person. jyp66 will never ask you to disclose your password via email or chat.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused from other platforms. Enable any additional security features offered by jyp66 where available.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to jyp66 support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Valid government-issued identification is accepted for this purpose.

jyp66 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and network connection.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jyp66 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were awarded. Selling, exchanging, or gifting bonuses to other players is strictly forbidden.
• jyp66 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jyp66. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games, betting markets, or bonus systems.
• Laundering funds through the platform, whether for personal gain or on behalf of a third party. All suspicious transactions are flagged and reviewed.
• Colluding with other players or internal jyp66 staff to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Opening, operating, or assisting others in opening duplicate accounts, or taking any action intended to circumvent jyp66's one-account-per-player policy.

jyp66 employs advanced fraud detection technology. Accounts flagged by our systems will be placed under immediate review, during which time withdrawals may be temporarily paused pending resolution. Players cooperating in good faith with investigations will have their cases resolved promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the jyp66 platform — including but not limited to brand logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of jyp66 or its licensed third-party content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without the express written permission of the respective rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jyp66, its directors, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jyp66's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the jyp66 platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.
